How to Easily Access Your SibluConnect Client Area and Manage Your Bookings

You have just booked a mobile home in a Siblu village and you are looking for where to find your confirmation, modify an option, or simply check the dates of your stay. Everything goes through an online customer area, but Siblu offers two depending on your profile. Understanding which one to use, and how to access it without going in circles, saves valuable time before departure.

Holidaymaker area or owner area: two distinct SibluConnect portals

Siblu separates its users into two categories, each with its own portal. This distinction often surprises new customers who expect a single entry point.

My Siblu (my.siblu.fr) is for holidaymakers: those who book a rental stay. Here you will find the booking details, dates, the type of accommodation chosen, and the options added to the cart.

My Siblu Connect (my.sibluconnect.com) targets mobile home owners. This portal provides access to documents related to the property, village news, the occupancy calendar, and information about the Fun Pass.

Choosing the wrong portal is the first source of blockage. If you are a tenant for a week of vacation, there is no need to look for your information on SibluConnect owner. Conversely, an owner who wants to check the availability schedule of their mobile home will find nothing on my.siblu.fr. Before any attempt to log in to your SibluConnect account, identify your profile to land directly on the right portal.

Create your account and log in to the Siblu client area

First visit to my.siblu.fr

Creating a holidaymaker account goes through the registration page of my.siblu.fr. You enter your email address and set a password. This password must meet several simultaneous criteria:

  • At least eight characters, with at least one uppercase and one lowercase letter
  • A number and a special character (exclamation mark, at sign, hyphen, etc.)
  • An email address identical to the one used during booking, otherwise the system will not be able to link your stay

You may have noticed that some sites refuse a password that is long? Here, it is the combination of the four types of characters that counts, not just the length.

One point to remember: even an old Siblu account requires recreation on my.siblu.fr. The platform has evolved, and identifiers from a previous version no longer work. However, the new account retrieves your existing bookings once the email address is recognized.

First login for owners

On my.sibluconnect.com, the process differs slightly. After clicking on “First login,” you receive an activation link by email. This link is only valid for one hour. After this time, you need to restart the process.

Check your spam folder if the activation email does not arrive in the following minutes. Anti-spam filters regularly block this type of automatic message.

Manage your bookings and services from the Siblu client area

Once logged into the correct portal, managing your stay becomes self-service. The holidaymaker area groups the most requested functions into a single dashboard.

<pFrom "My bookings," you can access the exact dates of your stay, the name of the village, the type of mobile home booked, and the selected options. Modifying or adding an additional service is done directly from this section, without having to call customer service by phone.

Payment tracking also appears in this area. You can see the deadlines, amounts already paid, and the remaining balance. For bookings in installments, this visibility avoids unpleasant surprises as departure approaches.

What the owner portal offers additionally

Mobile home owners have features absent from the holidaymaker portal. The occupancy calendar, for example, displays the weeks available for Siblu rental and those reserved for personal use.

  • Consultation and downloading of contractual documents related to the mobile home
  • Tracking village news (work, new features, events)
  • Access to information about the Fun Pass and services included in the village
  • Direct contact with the camping team via a dedicated form

The occupancy calendar is the most consulted feature by owners. It allows you to see at a glance which weeks are still available and which are already allocated.

Frequent connection issues and solutions on SibluConnect

Several situations regularly arise when a user cannot access their client area.

The most common case: using an email address different from the one registered during booking. The system does not match by last name. Only the email address serves as a unique identifier, whether for holidaymakers or owners.

The forgotten password is reset via a link sent by email. On my.sibluconnect.com, the “I forgot my password” function is directly below the login form. On my.siblu.fr, an equivalent button accompanies the input field.

If the owner activation link has expired (beyond one hour), simply restart a first login request. The system generates a new link without blocking the account.

One last useful reflex: the My Siblu Connect mobile app, available on Google Play, has the same functions as the owner web portal. It allows you to check your calendar or documents without going through a browser, which can resolve some display issues encountered on mobile.

Accessing your Siblu client area relies on a simple choice upfront: identify whether you are a holidaymaker or an owner, then use the correct portal with the right email address. Once this sorting is done, managing bookings, payments, and services can be done autonomously from a single screen.
